Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the watch back in its original designer box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your drop-off receipt; we will notify you once our quality control team has inspected the item and processed your refund.
