Yes, every watch at Watch Brands Direct is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. Each timepiece comes with its original packaging and a certificate of authenticity.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All our watches come with a minimum 2-year international manufacturer's warranty. This covers internal movement defects and manufacturing flaws from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery within the continental United States.
Can I return my watch if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the watch is unworn, in its original condition, and has all protective films and tags attached, you can return it for a full refund.
Do you offer watch resizing services?
Most of our metal-bracelet watches can be resized for free before shipping. Simply include your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section during checkout.
